At Evolve Consciously, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our **30-day return policy** allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns (Except on Supplements-see below)

To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- In the original condition as received
- Unworn or unused, with tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

 Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Supplement Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final 
Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order is placed. We recommend reviewing product descriptions and consulting a healthcare professional before purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within **48 hours** of delivery.

 Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Custom products (e.g., personalized items)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To ensure you receive the desired item promptly, return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
